Specifically designed moulded polyurethane can dramatically reduce vibrations, engine and transmission noise. It holds exceptional heat and wear resistant properties and is therefore perfect for use in industrial vehicle cabs. Polyurethane can easily be custom made to meet specific applications such as shaped floors and wells, company logos and complex engine coverings. It is also resistant to water, battery acid, oil, petrol, brake fluid and most chemicals at normal tempature.
A broad range of specifications, patterns and qualities are available to suit many environments and applications.
Qualities for industrial, offices and high wear areas as well as domestic application in a wide range of widths and thickness.

Ribbed matting ( Heavy Industrial Matting) 3mm- fine - ribbed up to 20mm thick 3mm- flat -up to 20mm thick

SHEETING:

Natural rubber sheeting: Excellent physical properties including abrasion resistance and low temperature resistance also to some organic solvent and many inorganic salts and acids.
Neoprene rubber (chloroprene) Good strength and abrasion properties resist weathering and oxidative aging resistant to some inorganic salts, acids and ozone, flame retardent.
Nitride rubber (acrilonitrile butadiene) Moderate mechanical properties, Excellent resistance to petroleum based fluids.
EPDM (Ethylene Propylene) Excellent ozone chemical and aging characteristics.
Butyl (isobutylene-isoprene) Very good weather resistance, low permeability, poor resistance to petroleum.
Hypalon (chlorousulphonated polyethylene) Excellent resistance to ozone, weather, acids, heat and abrasions, fair resistance to petroleum based fluids.
